UHCHI is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) institution and labor-management/Taft-Hartley training fund serving and providing training benefits to employers, the union, and its members. In response to the hospitality sector is one of the largest sectors in Chicago, UHCHI was designed to improve the Chicago area’s tourism and hospitality industry by increasing the skill level of its workforce.
