The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) offers employers a range of services designed to help them recruit, train, and retain a skilled workforce. Through WIOA, employers can access customized training programs, workforce development resources, and financial incentives, such as tax credits and wage subsidies, to support the hiring and training of new employees. Additionally, WIOA provides employers with valuable support in workforce planning, job placement, and access to a network of job-seeking talent, including underrepresented populations and individuals with barriers to employment. These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses, helping them stay competitive and thrive in a dynamic labor market.

You will get to know your direct contacts that service your local area, and learn about how we can assist your business. Employers will present on their services within the first 45 minutes, the remainder of the time will be open for questions.
