The Chef de Partie Culinary Apprenticeship offers aspiring cooks an opportunity to develop their culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment. This hands-on program is designed for individuals passionate about cooking and eager to learn.

Throughout the apprenticeship, participants will work under the guidance of experienced chefs, gaining practical experience in various areas of the kitchen, such as sautéing, fabrication, and sauce preparation. The curriculum includes both classroom instruction, kitchen lab, and on-the-job training, allowing apprentices to learn techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety practices while applying them in real time.

In addition to culinary techniques, the program emphasizes teamwork, time management, and equipping participants with the necessary tools to advance in their culinary careers.

By the end of the apprenticeship, participants will have the confidence and experience needed to pursue further opportunities in the culinary world. This program not only serves as a stepping stone for future roles but also fosters a deep appreciation for the art of cooking and the culinary industry.

The on-site info session offers an engaging overview of our facility, designed to provide visitors with a comprehensive understanding of our operations and mission. The tour begins with a welcome session, where participants are given an outline of the day's agenda.  Participants can ask questions and engage in discussions, ensuring a deeper understanding of our work. The program concludes with a Q&A session, allowing for further interaction and feedback, and providing participants with valuable takeaways about our facility's impact and future goals.
