Program Details

A'nna Perry was part of the October 2025 Cohort 1 group and is now in the follow-up stage. During her time at YouthBuild, she earned her National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and GED/HSE certifications. A'nna set goals to find a part-time job and secure her own housing. Despite facing some unexpected personal challenges while in the YouthBuild program, A'nna handled these events with grace and courage. She continued to attend classes even when trials arose. Through her hard work, she secured a job at a nursing home. With her earnings, she was able to save money and move into her own apartment. A'nna is still working and saving diligently. She plans to relocate to Florida and attend community college there.
