Romeo Delgado completed the 12-week construction training program with excellent attendance and a strong commitment to learning. Throughout the program, Romeo benefited from the consistent support, guidance, and hands-on instruction provided by the trainers and program staff, who played a key role in helping him build confidence and develop practical skills. During the final two weeks, Romeo completed his job logs, further demonstrating his readiness to enter the field. With staff encouragement and the skills he gained during training, Romeo secured a plumbing apprenticeship with 4 Season. He graduated on February 11, 2026, and began his new position on February 17, 2026, marking an exciting step forward in his career in the skilled trades.
