I had the opportunity to work with Central City Productions and DO! Media on the Stellar Awards marketing and promotional materials, where I gained invaluable experience in a professional production and marketing environment. During this time, I assisted with content creation, organized media assets, and supported the broader team. Being part of a high-level production showed me exactly how much planning and teamwork are required to make an event run smoothly.
This experience helped me grow by teaching me how to stay focused, work under pressure, and communicate effectively within a team. It also gave me a clearer understanding of the intensity behind-the-scenes work that goes into major award shows.
