Logan was recruited out of the pre-apprentice program at Capital Area Career Center (CACC). As a potential employee just graduating from high school, Richardson Manufacturing Company (RMC) saw his potential and felt that continuing his training in a work-based learning format would be a good way to put Logan on track to succeed in the workforce. Additionally, RMC would benefit from training Logan in the specific applications of their work environment.
Logan has indicated he is loving his apprenticeship and learning new things every day and that this decision was the best one he ever made. He loves his work and RMC. His employer has positive reports as well. RMC is considering the addition of future apprentices and Logan will be a great example of how successful training paired with employment benefits the local workforce.
