After graduating from college in 2025, Indira was determined to continue building her career and pursue her interest in healthcare. She connected with the Youth Job Center seeking support and guidance as she worked toward becoming a Medical Assistant.
Through career coaching with YJC, Indira developed a clear pathway toward her goal and identified the steps needed to advance her healthcare career. With support from YJC, including assistance with training costs and transportation, she enrolled in TTI's Medical Assistant pathway, beginning with the required Phlebotomy program.
Indira completed the program, earned her phlebotomy certification, and continued into the Medical Assistant program, where she is currently completing her training. Her dedication to professional growth has allowed her to build the skills and experience needed to succeed in the healthcare field.
While continuing her Medical Assistant training, Indira successfully secured employment as a Medical Assistant with Integrative Mental Health and Primary Care. This opportunity allows her to apply the skills she has developed through her education while gaining valuable hands-on experience in healthcare.
