Program Details

Aviyon Walton began his participation in the IYIP Program at Abundant Faith Christian Center on June 8, 2026. His excitement and attention were valuable and noticed from the first day till the last on August 7, 2026.  Throughout the program he showed promise in the following areas:  professional appearance and good hygiene, timeliness and dependability, critical thinking and problem solving skills, positive attitude, ambition and taking initiative, maintaining self-control, working well with limited supervision, producing quality work and giving good feedback during discussions of interest, effective with managing information and working in a team-oriented environment, and communication abilities with regard to speaking clearly and listening effectively. 
Following the final week of the program, he submitted an employment application to Walmart Supercenter located at 1100 Lejune Drive. By August 9, he was hired as a full-time employee due to his dynamic participation with Abundant Faith Christian Center and Habitat for Humanity, where he assisted in constructing homes for the community.
According to Abundant Faith Christian Center, he was a blessed and committed participant, and we wish him all the success that is coming his way.
According to Habitat for Humanity, he was a pleasure to work with and made a valuable contribution to the community members who were blessed with his service.
