Daven brought focus and determination to the Victory Lap Logistics Last Mile Delivery & CDL Training Program, and his progress has been remarkable. He earned his OSHA 10 certification, building the safety foundation needed for a career in logistics. That effort opened the door to full-time employment as a Delivery Driver, where Daven quickly proved his reliability and work ethic. His growth didn't stop there — Daven was promoted to Dispatcher, taking on a new level of responsibility and showing real leadership potential. Daven's journey from training program to driver to Dispatcher shows how dedication can turn one opportunity into the next.
