Three Z, in Teutopolis, recently purchased a 300 CMC (Continuous Motion Cartoner) magazine insert machine, which expedites individually inserting magazine additions or outsourcing to another business. They aim to complete all printing, inserts, packaging, and mailing directly to the customer. This piece of equipment is part of their ongoing plan. Since purchasing this equipment, they attended training for technicians to know how to run, troubleshoot, and maintain it. The equipment manufacturer provided training onsite at the Three Z facility. Training was vital for the equipment to serve its purpose to the company. After the training, employees can use this equipment, saving the company money and time to no longer outsource steps from order to delivery, making the employees more marketable, and keeping the company competitive globally. Nine employees were upskilled through this training, potentially leading to promotions, wage increases, and opening vacancies in their staff tier to be filled by new employees, growing the company.
