Program Details
Alana Patridge entered the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act office at Wabash Area Development, Inc. in July 2023. She was seeking assistance with the Radiography program at Olney Central College. Alana applied for the WIOA Program and was eligible for the Adult program. Alana completed the two-year program with A's and B's in her classes and clinicals. She enjoyed going to the different clinical sites to get a broad perspective on how things were done at different facilities. Alana graduated in May 2025. She has started employment as an X-Ray Technologist at Ascension St. Vincent Health Care System in Evansville, Indiana. She is very appreciative of all the assistance the program provided her with tuition, books, uniforms, and mileage reimbursement.
