Program Details

Anthony worked as a delivery driver to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry. During his paid work experience, he learned about route planning, time management, customer service, and how to handle high-pressure situations — all essential for any career in transportation and logistics.

Anthony was offered a full-time position as a dispatcher. This new role allows him to oversee routes, support drivers, and contribute to more strategic operations within the company.

Inspired by his growth and the possibilities in the logistics field, he will be enrolling in community college to study Business Administration. He is excited to build on real-world experience with formal education and to advance his career.
