“My name is Dominic, and I moved here to Centralia, IL, in December 2024. I work for F.C.L.E.- Freight Car Locomotive Experts, specializing in locomotive part fabrication in Centralia. I also install positive train control systems for Metro East Industries in East St. Louis.
In the spring of 2025, I started Kaskaskia College’s Industrial Electrical Program with Professor Lyle Gross. Because of this program, I have been able to gain a great grasp on my work and refine my skills in the school lab.
Kaskaskia has given me the hands-on training and technical knowledge I needed. The skills and experience I gained there have prepared me to handle my work confidently and accurately.”
