  1. Compliance with the exit requirement will be enforced through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Office of Employment and Training (OET) Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title IB monitoring process, and the periodic review of OET WIOA Title IB reports.
  2. Grantees must follow procedures established in the Transition from Services and Automatic Exit in IWDS 2.0 section of the policy manual.  If, during monitoring, it is documented that these policies and procedures are not being followed, a finding will be issued.
  3. Local Workforce Innovation Areas (LWIAs) will be expected to take corrective action to comply with the requirements for timely data entry of services provided.
