Interpersonal Relationships
- Communicate with others by phone and in person almost every day.
- Are very responsible for the health and safety of others.
- Sometimes deal with conflict situations and people who may be rude or angry.

Physical Work Conditions
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- Almost always wear protective gear such as gloves or safety glasses.
