Interpersonal Relationships
- Have a high level of social interaction with library visitors and staff.
- Communicate with others by phone, e-mail, and in person on a daily basis. They also write letters and memos, but less often.
- Occasionally speak in front of large groups of people.
- Are somewhat responsible for the health, safety, and work of others.

Physical Work Conditions
- Always work indoors.
- Work near others in a shared work space.

- Often make decisions that affect others, sometimes without consulting a supervisor first.
- Set nearly all of their daily tasks and goals without talking to a superior first.
