Medieval and Renaissance Studies - Helpful Information

Things to know

A degree in medieval and Renaissance studies is a good starting point for further study in art history, English, philosophy, theology, and history.

Very few people who receive a bachelor's degree in medieval and Renaissance studies ever get a job related to the field. Even so, this program provides a solid background for many careers that require a four-year degree. This is because students learn skills in research, critical thinking, and writing. These skills are valuable to many types of employers.
