Tuition refund policy If a student changes enrollment status in a course, tuition payments will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. A student will receive a refund of:

100 percent if a class is dropped before the end of the Add/Drop period,
75 percent if dropped before the end of the fourth week,
50 percent if dropped before the end of the sixth week,
25 percent if dropped by the end of the eighth week.

A student is responsible for payment of full tuition for a course if the class is dropped after the eighth week of the semester. After the Add/Drop period, there is no refund for audits.

* The Refund Procedure has one exception: All summer or modular classes are subject to specific refund regulations posted for each individual summer semester or modular session.
