2. Official transcripts from college/university or previous theological seminary.
3. Official report of Graduate Record Examination (GRE). A GRE score is not required
from those who have already earned a degree beyond a bachelor’s degree.
4. Authorization form to conduct a background check.
5. Letter of recommendation from pastor of home congregation.
6. Letter of recommendation from a lay leader of home congregation.
7. Application fee of $50.00.

Master of Arts in Theology:

1. Completed Admission Form.
2. Official Transcripts from college/university or previous theological seminary.
3. Official Report of Graduate Record Examination (GRE). The GRE score must not
be more than 5 years old. A GRE score is not required from those who have already
earned a master’s or doctoral degree.
4. Three letters of recommendation.
