All payments must be received before the first of class unless otherwise approved in writing by PTC. All refund requests must be received in writing (via mail, fax or via email). Email requests must be sent to mailto:freveles@mypremiertech.com or fax requests must be sent to 630-839-0184. For requests received via mail, the day used is when PTC receives the request not when it is mailed Refund Reason 100% Class Cancelled by Provider due to lack of minimum enrollment or any other reason 100% Refund request received by PTC at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class 90% Refund request received by PTC less than 5 business days prior to the start of the class but before the class starts 80% Refund request during the first day of class 50% Refund request received after the first day of class but before the first 20% of the total classes have been held. For 10 days classes that would be before the 3rd class session. For a 5 day class if the request is received before the 2nd class day then a 50% refund will be given 0% No refund will be given if a request has not been received in writing or after 20% of the scheduled classes have been held. 0% No refund if student does not show to class and does not notify PTC The refunds are applicable to the class tuition only. 1. If student received class materials no refunds will be given for the materials received in class. 2. If the student requests a refund after 20% of the classes have been held and the fee received by PTC includes a test fee then the test fee will be refunded |
