Students are responsible for paying DOT physical and drug screen, late fees (if applicable), Re-test fees, and permit fee.
Tuition refund policy 1. The student will receive the payment from the school in the original payment method in which it was received. With the exception that if the payment by the student is/was in the form of cash, in that instance the school will give the money back in the form of a check.
A Registration/Administrative fee of $850 is included in the tuition. This fee will be deducted from all reimbursements before the percentage is applied.
a. If enrollment is cancelled by the student within 48 hours of date stated in the contract signed the student will receive part of the tuition given at registration/enrollment. Meaning the registration/administrative fee of $850 will not be given back to the student.
b. If enrollment is cancelled by the student within a period of 7 days, a 50% of the tuition will be reimburse. Registration/administrative fee of $850 will not be given back to the student.
c. If enrollment is cancelled by the student within a period of 14 days a 25% of the tuition will be reimburse. Registration/administrative fee of $850 will not be given back to the student.
d. After 14 days of enrollment and the student decides to cancel enrollment, the school will NOT RETURN any tuition or part of tuition if the school is capable and willing to perform its part of the contract.
2. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES NO TUITION FEE WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE STUDENT, ONCE THE STUDENT HAS SIGNED OFF AND RECEIVED THEIR BEHIND THE WHEEL SCHEDULE (This means the schedule that is given to the student for skills and road practice).
3. In the instance that a student cannot complete the course within 9 months from the date of the contract/class start date, due to emergencies pertaining to/similar to: a family death or a health problem where the student cannot physically attend school or might put others at risk. Proper documentation will have to be provided from the student to the school to receive a new contract agreement. Otherwise, the student will be automatically withdrawn from the school and no tuition fees paid by the student to the school will be given back to the student.
4. If the student would like to continue with training after the 9 months and is unable to provide proof, student will need to re-enroll and new fees will be applied (Enrollment fee may be the difference of what the program is at the time of the contract’s expiration date and what it currently is, plus Registration/Administrative fee).
5. ** ALL CANCELLATIONS BY THE STUDENT WILL NEED TO BE MADE IN WRITING AND TURNED IN TO THE OFFICE IN PERSON, THE STUDENT WILL ALSO HAVE TO SIGN THE WITHDRAWL FORM
