Students who leave training prior to completing the course scheduled hours may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are paid to the students or third-party agents as applicable.
Tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis for withdrawals that occur up to sixty percent (60%) of the course scheduled hours. For Texas, Virginia, and Illinois, the State refund policies supersede CET policy. For details on these refunds, please refer to the Student Catalog and Enrollment Agreement pertaining to those states.
Refunds are calculated as of the day following the last day of attendance using the formula as follows: Tuition X scheduled hours not completed-$100 administrative fee = refund scheduled course hours
