Refund Policy: 1) When the notice of cancellation is given, within five (5) business days after enrollment, but prior to the first day of class, all application and registration fees, tuition, and book and lab fees shall be refunded to the student. Excluding the uniform package fee. uniform package is the student's personal property. 2) When notice of cancellation is given after the fifth (5) day following enrollment, but prior to the close of business on the students first day of class attendance, the school may retain the application/registration fee which may not exceed $150.00. 3) When notice of cancellation is given after a student’s completion of the first day of class, but prior to the second class day of attendance, the school may retain the application/registration fee (an amount not to exceed 10% of the tuition and other instructional charges or $300.00 whichever is less) plus the cost of books and lab fees, if cancellation occurs before completion of 5% of the course instruction. 4) When a student has completed in excess of the second day of class instruction the school may retain the application/registration fees and an amount computer prorated by days in class plus 10% of tuition charges up to the completion of 60% of the course of instruction. 5) When the student has completed in excess of 60% of the course of instruction, the school may retain ALL fees and charges listed in the schedule of costs, excluding the uniform package fee, as this is the student's personal property. |

In house payment plan; Dental Assisting Technologies does NOT offer financial assistance, these payment plan options are an attempt to make costs more manageable. Option 1 Entire balance paid at class #1 Option 2 2 payments. Half of the remaining balance, $1675 paid at Class #1. The second half, $1675 paid at class #9 or before. Option 3 Half of the remaining balance $1675 paid at class #1. The second half $1675 can be broken down into bi-weekly payments of $418.75. These payments would be due at class #3, #5, #7 and #9. Paid off by class #9. Option 4 Half of the remaining balance $1675 at class #1. The second half of $1675, can be broken down into weekly payments of $209.38. These payments would be made at the beginning of class each week of the class session & payed off by class #9.
