The didactic portion of the program requires a *computer, tablet, or digital device for class (cell phone not permitted), personal email address, and internet access for CANVAS course information. Free WIFI available at Mercyhealth locations. *Chromebook not recommended due to compatibility issues.

Students are required to attend the Radiologic Society of Northern America (RSNA) conference in Chicago during their second year. Students are responsible for any non-funded expenses for the trip. This could include the entire cost of the trip. This would include all registration, transportation, food, beverage, and hotel if applicable. A discounted student registration rate for RSNA is available through the Mercyhealth School of Radiography. See program director for details.


Registry Exam fee $250 (USD) due approximately 3 months prior to graduation. Paid directly to the ARRT.
Tuition refund policy If a student officially withdraws or is dismissed from the school, the student is entitled to a refund according to the schedule below:

During the first five days of the semester: 75%
Days six to ten of the semester: 50%
Days eleven to fifteen of the semester: 25%
After day sixteen of the semester: No Refund

Other education requirements for admission An associate degree or higher is required. The following couses must be taken in that associate degree or in addition to that associate degree. The six pre-req courses that are required at the college level are Introduction to Psychology, English Composition, Math 100 level or above, Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Introduction to Computers.
