FOR ESTHETICS (Per IDFPR): If a student terminates 5 or more days after signing enrollment agreement but before instruction: complete refund less $100 registration fee. Once instruction begins, if a student withdraws - in addition to $100 registration fee, books & supplies the student owes the school: 0.01%-4.9% of course completed -10% of tuition; 5%-9.9% of course completed -30% of tuition; 10%-14.9% of course completed - 40% of tuition; 15%-24.9% of course completed -45% of tuition; 25%-44.9% of course completed -70% of tuition; 50% and over - 100% of tuition FOR MEDICAL ASSISTING and MASSAGE THERAPY (per ISBE): If a student terminates 5 or more days after signing enrollment agreement but before instruction: complete refund less $100 registration fee.
