Interpersonal Relationships
- Have a high level of social interaction with others by phone, e-mail, memos, and in person.
- Are somewhat responsible for the work done by others.
- Sometimes face conflict situations.
- Often deal with people who are rude, angry, or upset.

- Almost always work indoors. May work outdoors if working at a park.
