Interpersonal Relationships
- Communicate with others daily by phone, e-mail, memos, and in person.
- Are often placed in conflict situations.
- Sometimes deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous individuals.
- Work in a group or as part of a team.
Physical Work Conditions
- Almost always work indoors.
- Work somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
- Are occasionally exposed to sound and noise levels that are distracting.
Work Performance
- Must be very exact and accurate in their work.
- Repeat the same mental and physical activities.
- Often make decisions that impact others without talking to a supervisor.
- Are able to set most tasks and goals for the day without talking to a supervisor.
