Interpersonal Relationships
- Have a high level of social contact with others by phone, e-mail, and in person. They occasionally write letters and memos.
- Occasionally deal with conflict situations and people who may be angry or unpleasant.
- Often work as part of a team.
Physical Work Conditions
- Almost always work indoors.
- May share an office space with others or have a private office.
Work Performance
- Must be very exact in their work and be sure all details are done correctly.
- Make decisions that greatly impact their client's and employer's finances and reputation daily.
- Rarely consult a supervisor before making decisions or setting their tasks for the day.
