Program Description
The Project Management course is designed for anyone responsible for tracking the status of single or multiple projects. Program participants will learn to deliver projects on time and within budget. Courses will cover basic through advanced project management skills. If participants are interested, they can take the 3rd course which will prepare them for the national professional management certification (PMP). Students can receive the CAPM with the first two courses. Exam not included in program.
*The PMP Exam cost is not included in the course tuition price covered by the WIOA voucher. Students will be responsible for paying the exam fees, but they can be reimbursed for the exam cost by the WIOA program
