Program Description

Main objective of this program is to provide comprehensive skill set for management of projects with special emphasis on office administration. Following are main areas of emphasis: Introduction to Project Management, Knowledge areas and process groups. Practie of project management. This training program provides the attenddes with ability to plan, coordinate, schedule, execute and accomplish tasks ontime and within budget. These are some of the crucial skills required of Administrative Service Managers, Exceutive Assistants and Project Coordinators. In the last five years over 90% of students who successfully completed the program, gained employment. MITS is a Global registered Education Provider of PMI and grants PDUs to meet eligibility requirements as well as continuing education once certified.
