Program Description

This course is designed to introduce the student to the basics of medical insurance using HICPIC, ICD, CP coding books, various codimng systems, goverment programs and general insurance procedures. Students will learn how to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield, Worker's compensation, Medicare/Medicaid and other claim forms. Also, in the course medical terminology, HIPPA and more.
