Application Procedure

Applicants must complete Practical Nursing Application, submit copy(s) of official transcript(s) (high school and college)must accompany all application-(it is the applicants responsibility to secure transcripts), two (2) letters of reference: (1) professional (1) personal, 500 word essay (topic selected by CAAN Academy; why do I want to be a Nurse?), TABE admissions test with pass score of 12.0 Reading & Math, $35 application fee, student interview conducted by Admissions committee. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $8,000.
