Graduates fo this program know concepts in management, human resources, marketing, and businss ethics. They understand finance and accounting, and advancd management theories and techniques in a variety of fields. They can apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate facts and theories; locate, evaluate, and integrate appropriate primary and secondary sources; integrate their ideas with the ideas of others to create new knowledge; recognize and addres complex ethical situations; communicate effectively in a variety of scenarios; and operate efffectively within a continually changing environment. Graduates value critical thinkking, communication, diverse perspectives, technology and information literacy, leadership, integrity, and lifelong learning.
