Graduates of this program understand the administrative procedures of medical offices in a variety of healthcare settings. They know medical terminology, anatomy, pathology, and basic concepts of administrative procedures and health information management. Graduates can perform medical records management, scheduling, insurance verification and billing, and general medical office administrative procedures.
