Program Description

Training begins in the classroom as students are prepared for the CDL permit, and begin to learn what is required to become a professional truck driver. Following the initial classroom and lab training, students quickly transition to tractor-trailer rigs. Students develop their proficiency in the truck by driving on all types of roads (city streets, two lane road, and interstate.) At the conclusion of the program, students may test for and obtain a CDL in IL or MO and have the industry experience to obtain employment within the industry.
