Program Description

Patient Care Technician is a course offered by Excelsior Healthcare Academy for students who have the desire to get an entry level position as Phlebotomy Technician, CNA, EKG Technician, Telemetry Technician, Emergency Room Technician, Obstetric and Gynecological Technician, or Patient Care Tech. The courses taken are CNA, Phlebotomy, and EKG courses. The candidate must successfully complete all three courses to be certify as a Patient Care Technician. If a candidate should fail any of the courses, he/she would receive certificates in all other courses that he or she successfully complete.
