Program Description

PCT 11 (for CNA) is designed for those students who are currently working as CNAs and are in good standing with the Illinois Department of Public Health Nurse Aide Registry. (Active IDPH registry). Candidates who are not in good standing at IDPH must register as PCT to attend CNA, Phlebotomy, and EKG class. Candidates who are in good standing with IDPH will only attend Phlebotomy and EKG class. PCT 1 & 11 can be cross trained as Dialysis Technician, Emergency Room Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, Patient Care Partner all at the discretion of the various institutions of employment.
