Program Description
This course includes 200 hours of instruction. Those hours consist of: 71 hours of classroom,
63 hours of remedial time, 20 hours of observation, 20 hours of yard practice, and 26 hours on
the road training. This program highlights everything that the 160 Hours program consists of
with more training and attention paid to various traffic environments: city and highway, local
pick-up and delivery operations and defensive driving. The program satisfies Federal
requirements regarding Entry Level Driver Training.

Application Procedure
All of the testing and school materials are provided by the school. To register to school the potential student must bring a valid IL Drivers license, Social Security number and the voucher provided by WIOA. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $5,000.

- Reading - 9th grade level
- Language - Basic Skills
- Prerequisites - Valid Illinois Drivers License, must be 18 years of age or older
