Program Description

Our Technical management courses comprises of Project management, Six Sigma Green Belt and Agile project management with SCRUM and choose electives as per below description. This course prepares students to become proficient in Technical and Business Management irrespective of the domain (finance, IT, insurance, marketing, sales). This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to master the project management concepts and attain the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification along with three of the electives selected. The students must choose three of the courses from the following: 1. Agile project management with SCRUM 2. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 3. ITIL V3 foundations 4. Java Programming 5. SAP CRM 6. SAP SD 7. Quality Assurance 8. ETL 9. Agile Product Owner. 10. Business Analyst. 11. CCNA 12. Big Data Hadoop Dev and mgmt. This course is intended to enhance a students IT management experience with global terminology and the proven framework for leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources. Students can opt to take any of the courses in the following domains: Cloud architect or AWS courses or Microsoft Azure courses or Google cloud courses or SAFe courses or ICP Agile Courses or PMI courses or Cloud Architect or Microsoft or Business Analyst or Data Analyst courses or CompTIA Courses or Cybersecurity Courses or Web Design courses or Salesforce Courses or PHR or SPHR or HRCI certificate or ArcGIS or GIS courses or Quickbooks or any Adobe certificate or Healthcare technician or Healthcare Management or CP-HIMS certification or SAP HANA courses or any SAFe certificate or digital marketing courses or any Cybersecurity or any Data Science or Data Scientist or any Business Analysis or Cloud Courses.
