Program Description
SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) /Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or CSM) or Leading SAFe or SSM or LPM or POPM or A-CSM or SDP or SGP (students can opt to take any one of the course from the selection of SAFe or DevOps courses)
* Service Description: A program that generally prepares individuals to provide and manage data systems and related facilities for processing and retrieving internal business information systems and train personnel and respond to external data requests. Includes instruction in cost and accounting information systems, management control systems, personnel information systems, data storage and security, business systems networking, report preparation, computer facilities and equipment operation and maintenance, operator supervision and training, and management information systems policy and planning. For SAFe® course : You will learn the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Youll learn how to and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mind and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe® to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams. For CSM Course: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a designation offered by Scrum Alliance to practitioners who have successfully completed a CSM course and demonstrate their understanding through the CSM exam. For CSPO course: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) is a credential designated by Scrum Alliance to professionals who demonstrate their ability to serve as an effective Product Owner for a scrum team in the CSPO® exam. CSPO® performs the following functions: Fulfills the role of a product owner on a Scrum team. In charge of delivering the product. Ensures stakeholder satisfaction Maintains product backlog. DevOps - Agile Software Release Automation
The DevOps program will cover topics in master Configuration Management, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Monitoring using DevOps tools - Git, Chef, Docker, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible and Nagios to automate multiple steps in SDLC. As a DevOps practitioner, you will understand DevOps Ecosystem, learn about automatic Source Code Management using GIT and Continuous Integration using Jenkins, understand, Build and Test Automation, Build an appropriate delivery pipeline and perform test automation, understand containerization using Docker, identify the difference between containers and VMs, Master Docker Commands and Use-cases, deals with the various networking concepts in Docker, the best way to use the Docker Volume, and creating Docker file, Master Puppet, learn Configuration management and
