Apply technical knowledge and skills for servicing, installing and maintaining air conditioning (heating and cooling) and refrigeration systems, b. Apply troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques relating to the repair of these systems. c. Take and pass the U. S. Government Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) examination for certification. Also, program educates students with theory and hands-on training, to a degree of competency in the electrical field. This program includes three modules: ELEC101 (Beginner Level), ELEC102(Intermediate Level), ELEC103(Advanced Level). Each module has built on the foundation of the previous module. This way school stays on top of study progress to make sure that every student has solid understanding of the material. Electrical part of the program begins with fundamentals of electricity and ending up with advanced aspects of electrical work, educates theory and hands-on practices, followed by preparation for State electrical examination based on National Electrical Code. After finishing the program, student is awarded a Certificate of Completion, which when coupled with much hands-on-training, greatly enhances employment responsibilities and career opportunities.
