Program Description
The Phlebotomy Certificate Program offered by CASTOR HEALTH INSTITUTE prepares students for employment at entry level positions as professional phlebotomists in health care settings, and for taking their places as responsible, productive members of their communities. The program's direction and methods are guided by community needs and CASTOR HEALTH INSTITUTE resources. The Phlebotomy Training program provides the foundation for students to learn the basic Phlebotomy skills needed to provide care in a capacity unique to their chosen program of Phlebotomy. Many Heath Care Settings that provide Phlebotomy services require Phlebotomy Certification prior to hire.
