Program Description
Office Support Assistants will learn to develop excellent written and verbal communication that will allow them to compose documents like memos. Students will learn to identify and calculate what office supplies are needed and how they should be organized. Students will learn the skill of multitasking and prioritizing based on the level of importance. Students will learn how to maintain files, welcoming visitors, phone edicate, scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees. Tier 2 6 Office Support - $4,700
Typically work for businesses across industries to support Office Workers and Managers. Office
Support Staff answer and transfer phone calls, run errands on behalf of employees, make copies
or fax documents. The job requires help with daily operations by taking notes during meetings
and distributing meeting minutes afterward. They may also be responsible for taking inventory of
office supplies and communicating with vendors to order supplies as needed.
