Program Description
Executive Assistant training will teach the daily duties, the characteristics of a good Executive Assistant, and to whom Executive Assistants report. This training will teach the paramount of communication, collaboration, time management, proactivity and self-direction. Students will learn the word processing softwares, spreadsheets and databases to organize information for the department. Tier 4 6 Executive Assistant - $6,200
Executive Assistants provide high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they
can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. They keep the executive
communications organized so they can easily access the most important information without
having to sort through low-priority items. Executive Assistants screen all visitors and determine
what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service. They manage
the executives daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing
itineraries, and arranging for transportation. Executive Assistants also train other administrative
staff in company policies and best practices.
