Program Description
The Mentor Agile Product Owner/Product Manager (MAPOB) course is a 12-week intensive training program designed by industry-leading professionals to prepare individuals for a successful career in product management, even with no prior IT experience. A Product Manager is the evolved version of an IT Project Manager, focusing on strategic planning, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration to drive product success. This course is split into two halves. The first half focuses on learning the role and the day to day life of a product manager including; providing hands-on training in Agile Project Management, transforming business requirements into actionable user stories, prioritizing key roadmap initiatives, and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. The second half focuses on job market readiness which includes resume building, interview prep and Linkedin creation/refinement. With zero coding required, this program is ideal for individuals looking to transition into tech. Upon completion, students will be equipped to earn industry-recognized certifications such as Scrum Alliance's Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or CompTIA Project+, positioning them for high-demand entry level roles in Agile-driven organizations.

Application Procedure
To be eligible for enrollment, a prospective student must be at least 18 years of age. Please note that all students enrolling under the age of 18, require a parent or guardian to execute the Enrollment Agreement. The school determines, with reasonable certainty and in advance of class start date, that the applicant has proper qualifications to complete training. Maximum tuition and fees cap is $8000.00
