Program Description

The Foundations in Human Resources Certificate Program is an introduction to the basic functions and issues pertaining to early HR career roles. This eight-week program helps participants prepare for the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification exam offered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). The program teaches the knowledge outline and functional areas from the aPHR Exam content outline with the practical skills needed to perform the daily duties of an early to intermediate HR career.
