Program Description
The Electronic Records Management certificate is designed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills to manage electronic files. Students will learn how to create and maintain records manually and electronically. They will also learn data entry and general office skills to add value to their qualifications for work in various settings.

Application Procedure
The Career Coach or student should contact the Career Services Office at 708-656-8000 ext. 2468 to make an appointment to have the exploration form completed. Prerequisite courses and placement tests may be required which will increase total costs. Students are responsible for taking college placement test (when needed). All information is current as of Fall 2020 and is subject to change (including cost of books, fees and required materials). Student must have picture ID or proof of residency. Out of district tuition cost is $2,838.00 and the total out of district cost is $3,891.00.
The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $3,000.
