Program Description
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert are two of the most valuable credentials an administrative professional can hold. These certifications prove that you can effectively perform administrative assistant duties and responsibilities in any industry. This course will prepare you for the CAP exam, offered by the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), and MOS certification exams for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. You will learn the fundamentals of workplace administration, including organizational communication, management, and human resources. You will then learn how to effectively use programs in the Microsoft Office suite. By course completion, you will be fully prepared to take the CAP exam and the MO-200 and MO-201 (Excel), MO-100 and MO-101 (Word), MO-300 and MO-310 (PowerPoint), MO-400 (Outlook), and MO-500 (Access) exams. To earn the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Associate Certification, you must successfully complete 3 Associate level (MOS) exams of your choosing and any two Expert level exams. This course offers enrollment with vouchers. The vouchers cover the fees to sit for the certifying exam upon eligibility. Proctor fees may apply, which are not included.
