Program Description

This training program prepares students to break into UX/UI Design careers with no prior knowledge and experience. With the in-depth skills and strategies training, the students pursue a highly in-demand professional path and successful career. Graduates of this program will be able to approach customer problems with creative and technical acumen and design the next generation of successful apps, websites and digital products. Fundamentals of User Experience (UX) - The orientation course gets you started in UX design process and conducting user research through Competitive analysis and Affinity mapping. Creating personas and Information architecture to design intuitive navigation for the digital product. UX Design Methodology - This is a hands-on course to explore the full range of the UX process, from research to design, including design thinking and rapid prototyping as key concepts. Learn how to identify problems and needs to define an efficient UX solution. Learn essentials of usability testing along with hand sketching and prototyping. UX Design Approaches - This course takes a dive deeper into core UX fundamentals to compound your learning. Build up on the established process to explore brainstorming and high-fidelity prototyping. Upon completion you should be able to do Screener surveys, User interviews, Affinity mapping, Personas development and use Sketch application. Digital UX Design - In this course, you will learn how to balance user and business needs by analyzing market position. Build on information architecture skills to create mobile responsive web design. You will be able to report areas of improvement and design recommendations for implementation. This course also teaches competitive and comparative business analysis, Information Architecture and site mapping along with Design and Discovery process for Interface Design through Storytelling and Presentations. Storytelling - At the end of the course, youll be able to develop advanced UX design practices. Build on the interpersonal skills in creative confidence and conversational storytelling. This course covers how to concept ideation and development, pitch and manage products, along with planning Sprints (Agile). Learn about Objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performances. Cover key concepts of iOS and Android design techniques through visual design and advanced prototyping. Real World UX Design - In this course, you will learn how to translate your design skills into a professional client engagement. Students work with real-world clients to deliver US designs for app, website or digital product. Upon completion, the students are able to manage customers and their projects effectively along with balancing business goals. This program offered in partnership with Quickstart.com
